This is my first blog and I am really excited about it.
Regular Exercise
Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.
Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding decreases risk of developing coronary heart disease. By engaging in physical activities such as weight training and aerobic exercise you have more chance to reduce and control high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol. Bodybuilding has such great and healthy impact on muscle, bones and joints.
I would like to share a very useful experience that faced myself. I had a pain in the knee joint 3 years before. With the passage of time, it became severe within some days. Even I was not able to walk properly. My Sister is a physio therapist. She really helped me in this regard. What she did was, she just recommended me 2-4 exercises. I did it regularly and within 3 days, I became totally fine, and I did not feel pain ever again.
